Glassbox is looking for a Sales Manager to acquire new European customers

Glassbox is a world leader in digital experience analytics that continues to strengthen its position in the market, most recently by acquiring a strong player in the CX field- SessionCam

What you'll be doing

Managing enterprise sales processes

Managing strategic partners like global System Integrators and large ISVs

Collaborating with different departments within the organization and with design partners to design and introduce new software solutions to tier 1 customers

Promoting commercial transactions and meeting sales targets

Managing and maintain on-going relationships with customers and strategic partners

A dynamic work environment with many tasks, opportunities, and territories simultaneously

Up to monthly traveling abroad

Requirements

What You Will Need

3 years of experience in direct sales of enterprise software solutions to tier 1 clients

Experience in driving the sales process from initiation of requirements until closing the deal

Experience in working with strategic partners

Background in Customers Experience solutions / Compliance software / APM solutions

Languages: Fluent English a must

An advantage

Product Management or Technology background (like technical support/ Pre-sale experience, software development experience, or at least academic background of Computer Science)
