Glassbox is looking for an eager and talented Senior Business Intelligence (“BI”) Analyst to join our Finance team

What you'll be doing:

You will be the right hand of the CFO, taking an active role of building our BI infrastructure which will allow us to better measure and optimize our performance. This is a great opportunity to be involved in all elements of the business side of our organization

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about data analysis delivering value to their business partners, who are able to understand the different business needs and translate them into relevant dashboards and actionable insights which will help the business to optimize and move forward. We are looking for hands-on candidates who can define and building our BI infrastructure

The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience as a data/business analyst in a Tech/SaaS-based business

Responsibilities:

●       Develop and manage our BI (including selecting the most appropriate BI tool)

●       Act as a trusted business partner inside the organization, working closely and collaborating with the business users, including Marketing, Sales and

Customer success

●       Analyze business processes and KPIs

●       Build reports and dashboard, with actionable insights

●       Identify needs for improving and streamlining operations
