Sales Operations


About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Operations leader to be the right hand of our go-to-market leadership, take active role in improving our ultimate sales machine. This is a great opportunity to be involved in all elements of the business side of our organization.

As a Sales Operations Director/Manager you will be part of our Sales and Finance Team and responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day support with ownership of our CRM (Salesforce). Ensuring use of consistent Sales KPI definitions across company is your responsibility. You will be our sales technology expert and master of efficiency. You will improve productivity by evaluating and implementing sales technology and help sales leaders make data-driven decisions. 

  • Reporting (CRM/BI):
  • Define, track and analyse key metrics including sales funnel, pipeline growth, sales efficiencies, win/loss rates, quota attainment, campaign performance and other operational metrics
  • On going tracking of new sales opportunities against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving
  • Create monthly and quarterly reports for executive presentations
  • Prepare Quarterly Business Review (“QBR”) presentations and other reviews as applicable
  • Provide support, guidance, and data-driven insights, as applicable
  • Processes and productivity:
  • Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies and procedures
  • Managing and maintaining sales process adherence with Sales Representatives
  • Ensure adoption and usage of existing tools (e.g. Salesforce), with a high level of data accuracy and integrity
  • Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the Sales organization, as well as hand-off processes from SDR to Account Executives to Implementation/Onboarding
  • Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes
  • Ensure rigor in opportunity management through the adoption of sales processes and in-depth deal reviews
  • Sales on boarding and training:
  • Assisting with the onboarding and training process of new Sales Representatives
  • Assisting with the development of Enterprise Account Management onboarding processes
  • Creating and maintaining Sales Department training manuals and sales-related resource material
  • Advise and support the sales team with preparing customers proposals (e.g. structure, RFI/RFP, contracts, pricing, etc.)
  • Work with sales and finance teams to define deal desk discount and other policies 


  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations with Global experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce including the ability to build reports and dashboards
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills with an expert level of proficiency using Excel and perforation analysis
  • The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
  • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
  • A result and success oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
  • An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
  • An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources while adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
