About The Position

Glassbox is hiring a Director of Web Analytics to lead our Global Business Insights team in this exciting growth phase of our Customer Experience Analytics business.

You will lead our Digital Analytics efforts across the globe, promoting Customer Experience Analytics as well as supporting the customer’s leadership team for a successful digital transformation on their web and mobile channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational and project management as well as thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced SaaS environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Global Business Insights and Analytics Team to provide continuous value to the customer and present Glassbox advanced capabilities
  • Helping customers to realize on-going ROI through WEB and Mobile analytics derived from the Glassbox solution
  • Leveraging the Glassbox solution through storytelling and voice of customer emphasis
  • Play a key part in supporting the Pre-Sales cycle and Post-sales delivery
  • Perform weekly and monthly management-level reports, synthesized from numerous sources, focused on actionable data
  • Develop repeatable processes, methodologies and best practices to support scale and consistency
  • Use analytics to create concepts, justify business cases and manage the implementation of improvements to the web and mobile experience
  • Collaborate with various interfaces in the organization, providing customer feedback and recommendations on continued development of the product. The individual must be able to partner across functions (e.g. Management Team, Sales, Professional Services, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Partners)


  • 8+ years’ experience in an analytical role (digital customer experience analytics, WEB Analytics)
  • Proven management and leadership experience in relevant area
  • High level of communication skills; Passionate about leading people and forming processes
  • Deep understanding of digital channels technologies (web and mobile) and the customers experience while using them 
  • Expert ability with Adobe Analytics, Tealeaf, Clicktale, SQL, python or other customer experience management tools
  • Excellent analytical skills including problem solving, attention to detail and clear communication of complex results
  • Proven ability to work with the processes and technologies of large datasets
  • Storytelling using creativity, pragmatism and out of the box thinking
  • An independent thinker, confident to serve as the voice of the customers
  • Proactive approach with hands on / can-do mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a global start up work environment
  • Travel will be required
