What you'll be doing

  • Generate and support the generation of leads to further grow within a set of named accounts at the relevant levels within the organization
  • Present, communicate and sell the business value proposition to all levels of stakeholders
  • Design and set the path to closure and key tactical steps for each account
  • Maximizing customer retention by proactively leading the entire customer journey diligently
  • Being the focal and contact point for the all internal and external interfaces
  • Collaborate and engage with different parts of the organization to maximize the support and development of the account
  • Develop and expand customer relationship within the accounts
  • Ensure effective and accurate forecast of selling and buying activities, pipeline velocity, client interaction and feedback
  • Be the voice of the client and support product development roadmap
  • Stay up-to-date with the industry and product best practices to be a subject matter expert for customers


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ Years of experience selling SaaS products to major enterprises (Finance, Retail, Hospitality etc.) on all level of the organization
  • Hunter mentality, eager to overachieve goals and set new standards
  • Extensive strategic negotiation skills
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with the capability to take initiative and execute it
  • Excellent project management skills; passionate to collaborate with others, seeing deals through entire sales cycle
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic and adaptive work environments
  • Tech savvy with a good business acumen
  • Well organized with time management skills
  • 50% travel
