What you'll be doing
- Generate and support the generation of leads to further grow within a set of named accounts at the relevant levels within the organization
- Present, communicate and sell the business value proposition to all levels of stakeholders
- Design and set the path to closure and key tactical steps for each account
- Maximizing customer retention by proactively leading the entire customer journey diligently
- Being the focal and contact point for the all internal and external interfaces
- Collaborate and engage with different parts of the organization to maximize the support and development of the account
- Develop and expand customer relationship within the accounts
- Ensure effective and accurate forecast of selling and buying activities, pipeline velocity, client interaction and feedback
- Be the voice of the client and support product development roadmap
- Stay up-to-date with the industry and product best practices to be a subject matter expert for customers
